Keystone Passport Program
Passport Program

Passport is a new initiative designed to provide funding to individuals with a developmental disability to increase their community participation.

Passport gives individuals the choice of either having their support dollars flowed to a community living agency or directly to themselves.

Eligibility includes:

  • Individual has a developmental disability
  • No longer attending high school
  • Not receiving support through the Ontario Disability Employment Support Program
  • Willing to give up any current funded community participation supports

Applications can be obtained from the Ministry of Community & Social Services web site at www.mcss.gov.on.ca or through the Passport office located at Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services, 845 2nd Avenue East, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 2H2  519-371-4773 or 1-800-567-2384.
